Passive Stretching
Passive stretching means you’re using some sort of outside assistance to help you achieve a stretch. This assistance could be your body weight, a strap, leverage, gravity, another person, or a stretching device. With passive stretching, you relax the muscle you’re trying to stretch and rely on the external force to hold you in place.
Polarity Therapy
Polarity Therapy uses light touch and gentle rocking to help relax your muscles and align your body's energy.
Range of Motion Testing
Range of Motion is the range which a joint can move or be moved, testing is done to determine whether the range is limited, normal or excessive. This is used to determine the end feel of motion and to determine whether or not there is pain present in that motion, and if so, the location, quality, and intensity.
Reflexology

Swedish Massage
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
Thai Massage

Energy Work
Chakra Balancing/Alignment
Chakras are energy centers in the human body; each corresponds to different glands and governs specific parts of the physical body and areas of the psyche. Balancing can be accomplished in a number of ways, for example, through the healing arts, guided meditation, or the use of energy manipulation in the auric fields.
Reiki
Reiki uses a technique commonly called palm or hands on healing. Through the use of this technique, practitioners transfer universal energy (i.e., reiki) in the form of qi (Japanese: ki) through the palms, which they believe allows for self-healing and a state of equilibrium.
Sound/Vibrational Healing
Sound/Vibrational Healing uses the power of sound and vibration to restore one's body, mind and spirit to a sense of balance and harmony. Imagine receiving a gentle bath of sounds.
