Exercise, Stretching, Meditation, and Energy WorkI see people from all walks of life, body types, gender, sexual orientation, etc. Wherever you are at in life, however much exercise or stretching you get in, or don't, I am here for you to supplement and support your overall health and well-being.
Personally I practice about 30 to 40 minutes of vinyassa yoga daily, a half hour or hour of walking, and about a half hour of energy work and meditation. This doesn't mean I expect you to do any of those things, just to let you know that I have had experience with practices that I feel have added to my own health and well being, and happy to share information/experiences if you are interested. |
