- When contacting us for an appointment either by Phone/Voicemail, Text Message or E-Mail, please leave the following information:
- Your name (if uncomfortable giving this a Nickname or Initials are fine)
- The best way to contact you back (by phone, text or email)
- And the time/date you are looking to book
- Remember that we will try and have the time/date you are looking for but we might not be available so it is always good to have a backup time/date in mind when contacting us.
- If you have a day in mind but not a time and ask "What's your availability today/specific day?" and we give you our open times please pick from the times provided in a timely manner. Although we do love to converse with our clients, endless back and forth could cause you to lose out on the time you might want if someone else contacts us while we are messaging back and forth.
•Cancellations
- We at "Sense of You: Massage by Paul" understand that life happens, and from time to time you may have to cancel a appointment you have scheduled with our LMT Paul. We just ask the following:
- If you have booked MORE then a day in advanced and need to change or cancel your scheduled appointment please contact us no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
- If you have booked LESS then a day in advanced and need to change or cancel your scheduled appointment please contact us no later then 2 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
- When canceling please understand that the time you want to change your appointment to may or may not be available, so when rescheduling please have several times/days you may be able to switch to.
•REPEAT CANCELLATIONS
- Again we at "Sense of You: Massage by Paul" understand life happens, but the time(s) you book with us are our bread and butter. With that said repeat cancellations could lead to the following:
- Loss of potential specials, discounts or deals
- If you and someone else try and book for the EXACT same slot (both contacting us at approximately the same time) you may lose any preferential consideration for booking the slot.
- If you cancel multiple times (non consecutive) we may end up asking for you to place up to a 50% deposit for your booking.
- If you cancel 3+ times in a row we reserve the right to NOT take you
•NO CALL NO SHOW
- We at "Sense of You: Massage by Paul" truly do understand life happens, but the time(s) you book with us are our bread and butter. With that said if you do not call to cancel your scheduled appointment or do not show up for it (also known as a "No call no show" could lead to one or more of the following:
- You will likely never be able to book again.
- You may have to pay a deposit (up to and including 100%) for your next appointment
- You may have to pay a "No call no show" fee of $40 (if it was a 60 minute or under appointment) or $60 (if it was a 61 minute or over appointment)
- If this was your 1st booking you WILL forfeit the 1st time Client Deal
- You will likely never be able to book again.
